Hillary cannot be deposed until after the election.

The way things are going now, she will be POTUS by then...and immune.

Between the election and the inauguration, she is the president-elect and has not been sworn in. Is she immune during that period of time.

Point well made but it is being lost by some here as well as Limbaugh and Hannity. The last position I want to be in come November is to scream I TOLD YOU SO!

dfu I do hope the MSM reports it as I don't expect Obama to grow a spine and do it himself!

BTW if you intend to act as a process server, please familiarize yourself with the law as there are finite details when to serve (never on Sunday or Holidays) within a certain time frame of their appearance, and be sure to ask if they are serving in the Military even when the answer is obvious. Don't know about the laws in CA but in NY they can be very precise and if not done correctly the service will not hold.
