Most of what the Clintons say, if it is true at all, is true only in a highly technical way.
This is a good analysis, with the exception that I wouldn't automatically assume a 60-40 Clinton blowout in Puerto Rico. Since Puerto Rico is a U.S. Commonwealth, immigration (Hitlery's perceived strength) is really a non-issue since residents of the Commonwealth can freely move to the mainland.
Further Puerto Ricans do not fit neatly into the Hispanic mold, even less so than Cubans. Spanish may be their first language, but there is no resistance by most to learn English, particularly when they move to the mainland. Further, a significant portion of Puerto Ricans are also black, national hero and humanitarian Roberto Clemente being the best example. As a result, there is little or none of the anti-black racism prevalent in many Latino cultures.
Finally, if Hitlery makes such a claim, she is telling Americans who live stateside and pay U.S. taxes that their votes are worth no more than the Puerto Ricans who do neither.
I don’t have any data or information to back that up.....but in the movie “Hillary” they talk about how Klintons pardoned FALN Terrorist to connect with Puerto Rican Groups in NY. I wonder if that is true and it really helped them out. Klintons don’ commit crimes accidentally. They must have figured it would help as there was NO OTHER REASON to grant convicted Terrorists pardons, especially they didn’t even ask for it.
Also a Hispanic Pundit said on TV that Governor of Puerto Rico is supporting Obama and Historically whoever the Governor supports, people vote for that guy. However, this guy is CORRUPT to the hilt and is like Joe Patrick of Puerto Rico and facing charges.

Klintons excel at BALLOT STUFFING and CHEATING as well. Even in this Election in NY, there were few districts that Obama got EXACTLY ZERO VOTES. If you can believe that. I guess his people didn’t choose to make a big deal out of it so as not cast aspersions on the whole process. I think in Puerto Rico, Klinton Mafia would get exactly the number of Votes that need to put them up in Popular Vote Count, IF they are in striking distance.
