FBI Fears Chinese Hackers Have Back Door Into US Government & Military

Some months ago, my contacts in the defense industry had alerted me to a startling development that has escalated to the point of near-panick in nearly all corners of Government security and IT infrastructure. The very-real concern, being investigated by the FBI, is that either the Chinese government or Chinese hackers (or both) have had the benefit of undetectable back-doors into highly secure government and military computer networks for months, perhaps years. The cause: a high-number of counterfeit Cisco routers and switches installed in nearly all government networks that experienced upgrades and/or new units within the past 18 months.

Early reports on this topic were posted on FR in February. Looks like things go much deeper. Again, we are looking at the Chinese and fraud.

When do you think we will finally learn?

Interesting source, although I started feeling somewhat paranoid after ten minutes of browsing.

When small pockets of militia are vainly trying to stave off the First Manchurian Division attempting to over run their small town.

But then it will be to late to hunt down and hang the traitors.

Why would they need back doors into our military infrastructure?

After the clinton sellout to beijing, I have little doubt there’s a conveyor belt of secrets flowing out of D.C. and the Pentagon. And since Bush failed to purge the cliontonistas from office, he also bears the blame if we’re still riddled with spies and saboteurs.

With the money the chicoms threw at Washington in the 90s, you can bet they bought more than a night in the Lincoln bedroom.

Heck, I bet there are government contracts where downstream vendors have had product shipped **directly** from China to the US Military.

Sloppy, poor excuse for government contracting. Wait! What am I saying??

That's an interesting presentation; around slide 43, it shows that the FBI is coordinating with Red China's Ministry of Public Security.

I have to question the wisdom of bringing the Chicoms into a case where it is very clear that the Chicom intelligence is very likely the most worrisome bad actor here --- a fact that is brought up just three slides later, "Intelligence Gap", which asks "Purpose of Counterfeit: For profit or state sponsored?"

I cannot imagine how we came to this point. Just how stupid are people in our government? Don't any of them remember *our* technical successes in spying, and realize that as long as Red China is in the trusted manufacturing loop, it doesn't bloody matter if we find the "counterfeiters"?

We should cease all normal trade relations with Red China. It's dangerous on so many levels: simple poisoning both of our food and our medicines; this very worrisome intelligence situation; our increasing debt to a totalitarian state: treating Red China as just another normal state to trade with is simple, mad folly.

Companies like Boeing do business with China in order to get business. Thats fine in the short term, until China re-engineers those Boeing planes and start making their own replicas. Which those commie pirates will do.

Remember when they were building the new Soviet Embassy in DC? Around the same time we were building a US embassy in Russia, the Russkies demanded to be placed up on a hillside in Georgetown. They had sophisticated listening equipment that necessitated that location. Meanwhile in Russia, our guys finally discovered the listening equipment had been embedded in the walls, six or seven stories high, and had to tear everything down and ship everything from the USofA for it's replacement. Nothing new about espionage, just the ignorance (or turning an eye) of our safekeepers makes you wonder?

How many chinese take-outs are there in your neighborhood? How many are run by healthy young chinese nationals? How many muzzies drive cabs in every major city? they get their footwashing basins guaranteed, and try to impose their sharia-shiite along with it. hmmmmmm....

The Chinese started their raids on our technology long ago. They perfected the invasion with the help of Charlie Trie, etal. Clintoons got $millions from Bernie, after Loral gave the Chinese our targeting systems technology. Every technology company in the US outsources parts from RED CHINA. Idiots... and those are the ones in charge of us, and out tax money!

Jorge Bush, has allowed us to become over run with illegal invaders of all sorts. Then, they give away the store to them!

We are coming to a crossroads. With the Chinese militarily growing, and crowing, they are a tremendous threat. With Jihadists, we are threatened by hordes of uneducated, fully indoctrinated guys with a death wish for 72 virgins (what do the girls get, when they blow themselves up?), and enough dynamite to get them started. Look for these idiots bringing it to our shores, sooner, rather than later.

Add to that, a global economy slowing, with food and fuel costs rising dramatically. I paid $3.639 for gas on Wednesday, and saw the sign changed to $3.699, as I fueled. I filled the tank, and lost $87.43 out of my checking account.

Global warming, global cabals, tons of local problems of every sort... and every day we get some repeated pictures of some pretty WHITE girl that went missing, as if that is the most important thing happening (of course, it is to her family), but how does that fit into the category of national news?

I have planted a BIG garden. I live west of DC, and am glad the winds blow from west to east. I have a state-stocked trout stream at my back door, with a mountain full of deer, and whatever else lives there. I have a stocked pantry, freezer, and armory. Right now, I have a full tank of fuel. But, I must drive 3/4 of it out, before I return home this evening. Money does not grow on trees.

I wonder if the gum't will buy me a car with better fuel mileage? I guess if I buy it on credit, they can pay it off for me, when I can't make the payments... Isn't that the way it works?

I think it will all blow at once.

They bought the Bush administration too.

U.S. carrier help? (Admiral offers help to China)

Adm. Tim Keating, the U.S. Pacific Command leader, told reporters during his visit to China last month that while building and operating a carrier battle group is complex, the United States is willing to help.

"We would, if they choose to develop [an aircraft-carrier program], help them to the degree that they seek and the degree that we're capable, in developing their programs," Adm. Keating said.

U.S. may share missile info with China
WASHINGTON, June 4 (UPI) -- The United States would "seriously" consider sharing technology and missile warning intelligence with China, (Secretary of Defense Gates) the U.S. defense chief said Sunday.

Some China firms avoid U.S. technology transfer licenses

WASHINGTON: Six months ago, the U.S. government quietly eased some restrictions on the export of sensitive technologies to China. The new approach was intended to help U.S. companies increase sales of high-technology equipment to China despite tight curbs on sharing technology that might have military applications.

But now the administration is facing questions from weapons experts about whether some equipment - newly authorized for export to Chinese companies deemed trustworthy by Washington - could instead end up helping China modernize its military. Equally worrisome, the weapons experts say, is the possibility that China could share the technology with Iran or Syria.

The technologies include advanced aircraft engine parts, navigation systems, telecommunications equipment and sophisticated composite materials.

China is and has been a threat to America for a long time, but it really became dangerous because of the sellout by the Clinton administration in which they gave them all of our super computers loaded with our defense information.

The Bush administration compares by closing their eyes to China's threat, just so they can further their global agenda. America has turned China into an up and coming super power who in short time will take a place along side of Russia and other communist countries in the threat to the US.

They have been given plans to our defense systems and they make everything in China that we used to make. It won't be long until we are totally dependent on the rest of the world to supply us with all of our needs. We will be at their mercy!

What scares me the most is that the bunch of traitors in DC continue to sellout America without concern for our safety, or our freedom, or our happiness. They are destroying America to fatten their own wallets with their lust for power and their greed, and we are letting them get away with it. We should have dragged the bast*rds from their offices and hanged them long before now!

With a headline like this one and only 14 other people are interested in posting about it, it proves that the dumbing down of America has succeeded and our own apathy will bury us!

“only 14 other people are interested in posting about it”

That is what makes me want to cry. I cannot understand these people who think it is a sin to criticize this or any other R administration. When I hire someone I expect them to perform to my standards, not the United Nations!

Highly secure government networks are NOT PHYSICALLY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

I know what you mean, FRiend. I've been condemned because I dare to criticize President Bush but doggone it, he IS guilty and I'm NOT going to make excuses for him.

He and the other globalists have all but destroyed America with their idiotic global plans. They are ripping America apart and they don't give us a second thought.

People who can't see what's happening are either blind, stupid, or both! By the time they catch on, it will be too late!
