The logo, for the Office of Government Commerce, was intended to signify a bold commitment to the bodys aim Well, it's a commitment to someone's aim.
improving value for money by driving up standards and capability in procurement.
Now, I'm concerned about how spending about $30,000 to make a logo from three letters crammed together shows how they are "improving value for money". It's not like they even had to decide which letters - those were already picked for them.

Someone made some pencils for school kids that said "Don't Do Drugs." After a few weeks, the sharpened pencils read "Do Drugs" since they had placed the "Don't" on the sharp end of the pencil. Someone wasn't thinking ah...
