Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Girl Sues Dating Service

LOS ANGELES -- Supermodel Marisa Miller sued a nationwide dating service and its owner for allegedly using her photo to promote his business without her consent, court papers obtained Wednesday show.
Marisa Miller, the cover girl for February's Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, filed suit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against DNA Diamonds and its owner, Jason Itzler, who supposedly bragged about being "king of all pimps."
Miller's allegations include misappropriation of image and likeness, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment. She is seeking unspecified general, special and punitive damages.
Itzler gained notoriety last month on CNN's "Larry King Live" when he said that call girl Ashley Alexandra Dupre -- whose association with former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer caused him to resign from office -- once worked for him.
Itzler started DNA Diamonds while in prison stemming from a 2005 arrest on money laundering and prostitution charges.
Itzler was not immediately available for comment.
According to the lawsuit, the 29-year-old Miller's photo was used in Internet and print ads for DNA Diamonds and gives the false impression she endorses it and uses their services.
When DNA Diamonds was asked to remove Miller's photo from the ad, the request was refused, the suit states.
A copy of the ad and Miller's photo are attached to the lawsuit. Under her photo is a quote from John F. Kennedy: "Who you marry is probably the single most important choice you make in your life."
In addition to her work for Sports Illustrated, the 5-foot-8-inch blonde has modeled for Victoria's Secret and "appeared in countless magazines all over the world and is heralded as one of the most demanded models in the United States," according to her lawsuit.
Miller's business is "entirely predicated on her attractive image," the suit states.
She needs to eat a steak or two and hit the weight bench. WAY too skinny.
How tall is your wife? 5'1" - 5'4" is a lot different than 5'8"+.
Based on the number of complaints on this thread that Ms. Miller is tragically underweight I will, at great personal discomfort and sacrifice, take her home and feed her up.
Please keep me in your thoughts while I am in this time of sore trial.

Actually, nowhere near anorexic... for one thing, in all her pictures, her upper arms are bigger around than her lower arms, and the same goes for her legs, and not only that, but they tend to get skinnier the further away from her body they go. Plus, anorexic girls tend to have really nasty hair, and they’re almost always lacking in the kind of assets required for swimsuit modeling. She’s not anorexic, just thin in a mostly natural way (most girls that thin need to diet or just eat healthy in general, however some of them are capable of pigging out on pizza and hamburgers and donuts without gaining an ounce).

Take a look at Marilyn Monroe, and Cyd Charisse when they were younger. Beautiful, curvy, sexy women, who ate steak. Cyd is 80 something, but still around, I think.
I would have rather been Gene Kelley in ‘55 than than Tommy Lee in ‘95. The women were real, no silicone.
And a few chocolate milkshakes, with reeces pieces or somethin’ ... yup, she is way too skinny. You wonder if she’s naturally skinny or starving herself to look like an escapee from Auschwitz!
Her head is out of proportion to her body.

5’5” and 105# is a VERY nice hgt-wgt proportion. Very slim, but not so skinny as to be unattractive.
