My betting is that the black gangs in LA are being overwhelmed by the Mexicans. This has emboldened the Mexican gangs to overplay their hand in the big cities in other parts of the country like chicago. but maybe not. either way the turf wars over drugs are likely to get much bigger and badder. its a mixed bag. when you look at the people wanted for murder in Washington DC — its all hispanics. When you look at Philadelphia—its more evenly mixed between hispanics and american blacks.
