They may be pissed, but some said they would still vote for her over McCain.

The dems don’t go by popular vote in their primaries. The delegates are who determines the nominee. Under the system as it is now, popular vote isn’t a factor. Here’s a link to a NYT article which explains it:

Clinton and her supporters are using the popular vote meme to try to show that she should be the nominee, and not Barack Obama.

Wow, maybe Rush will sell a few more hokie t-shirts over this lame tabulation.

Rush is so insecure, he figures he will be out of a job if Obama wins.

African Americans have been used and taken advantage of by the Democrat party for many years but I don't see them lying down and allowing Hillary to steal the nomination from Obama. I think the Clintons believe blacks are so stupid they can pull it off. I don't think so.

It will be a 50 50 split period. No advantage to either.

Are those scores from an actual series?

How about this one — 1960 World Series

1 Yankees – 4, Pirates – 6
2 Yankees – 16, Pirates – 3
3 Pirates – 0, Yankees – 10
4 Pirates – 3, Yankees – 2
5 Pirates – 5, Yankees – 2
6 Yankees – 12, Pirates – 0
7 Yankees – 9, Pirates – 10

Why would you rather have the obamination in the chair? Personally, I’m personally against electing racist marxists. If Clinton is bad news, Obama is a friggen disaster waiting to happen. Raise the capital gains tax for “fairness”? What a nightmare.

I see Obama supporters going for Hillary....but I bet there are a bunch of Hillary supporters who won’t go for Obama.

Well as a young black conservative woman this has been my experience talking to black Obama supporters. Some said they would vote for Clinton over McCain and others said they would either vote for McCain or sit out.

There are some, but are there enough? I think that the liberal side of the african-american vote as well as the far left would completely desert the hildabeast in a wave of riots at the convention. So many are going to be so pissed if she steals the nomination that she won’t stand a chance in november. Even her old friends at “move-on” have “moved-on” lol. There will be hell to pay if she wins the nod.

WOW - it's a long way from the far left Obama to McCain. I don't understand the rationale.

No, I just made the scores up to show the point that the winner of the popular vote doesn’t necessarily win the trophy.

You are exactly right. But only half of the blacks I talked to said they would vote for her over McCain. At first none said they would vote for McCain over HRC, but as the primary goes on she is losing more black support. Early in the primary about 80-90% of the blacks I talked to said they would vote her over McCain, but now the number is down to 50%.

When you live in Chicago, people know their neighbors whoever they are. I’ll bet that this terrorist you speak of will not get an invite to the White House. So what’s the diff? Unless you are saying by association, OB is a terrorist? That my friend is Flawed logic.

Obama can’t win the general election. Not only would he not win, but he’d lose so badly that it would hurt Democrats running for the Senate & House. Hillary, on the other hand, has a shot at beating McCain and, win or lose, would not seriously weaken lower ticket Dem candidates. That’s why it’s dumb for Rush to try to keep Hillary’s candidacy alive, unless he wants her to get elected so his ratings will go up, in which case his strategy is brilliant.

You're reacting rationally. This isn't logic. The Dems will be desperate, and will DEMAND that someone take this monkey off their backs.

It's sort of like those extra-constitutional "blue ribbon panels" that Congress always sets up to make the tough decisions they don't want to make.

You’d rather have the racist friend of terrorists as the CIC?

I would rather have any living human as CinC than Hillary. Obama would be awful, but he may actually believe in something, and may be reasonable enough to listen to somebody. Hillary is the anti-groundhog day candidate. Everyday she wakes up, she is different and her "beliefs" are different depending on what she believes will bring her the most power, money, and fame in that order. She is a criminal surrounded by criminals. We should be prosecuting her and her husband under RICO, not crossing over to vote for them in support of a cutesy idea from an egomaniac like Linbaugh.

That’s what the rules say. But remember, we had rules for governing the vote in FL in 2000. That didn’t stop the Dems from going to the courts. Rules mean NOTHING to these people. Do you really think if they would flaunt U.S. government and state of Florida rules they would hesitate for a second to ignore Dem convention rules?
