"If you're driving through West Virginia or Kentucky, watch out for guys with DWI convictions driving lawn tractors on their way to bars." More than lawn tractors, watch out for 4x4 ATVs. Even though the manufacturers of these machines specifically state that they are NOT for use on paved roads, our wonderful legislature in Charleston refuses to ban these unliscensed, uninspected, unregistered and uninsured vehicles from those roads. They are quite a bit faster than lawn tractors and are used extensively by those who have lost DLs for DUI.
