“So far Hillary has won every battleground state that the Dems must sweep to win next November, NJ, OH, PA, TX, CA, plus FL and MI, if you count those.”

Irrelevant. They are competing against themselves. Doesn’t mean squat since they are running against a Republican in November.

“This is a game where—no matter which party wins—the country loses. Don’t be part of it.”

Right. Why not let another Ginsburg on the courts? Maybe they can name an abortion clinic after Mrs. Clinton since she would be the one to change SCOTUS.

But then, you wouldn’t complain because you chose to stay home.... right?

Hillary and Obama are far more than a “little bit worse” than McCain. It’s the difference between the flu and the Ebola virus.

It’s not irrelevant. If the Dems nominste Obama a fair number of older, moderate Hillary voters will vote for McCain. Not most, but enough to tip the outcome.

I really don't see how anyone with at least half a brain could be proud they helped Hillary to a victory.

Op Chaos is group insanity.

I'm not so sure that it's irrelevant. There is a lot of vitriol amongst the two camps. I think yesterday's race was particularly remarkable: at this point, Clinton has basically no chance of winning the nomination. Yet she won PA by double digits, even though primary voters tend to vote for the established leader. I think Clinton's win was really interesting, and it shows how much Clinton supporters really don't care for Obama.

The real question is how many Clinton supporters dislike Obama enough to pull the lever for McCain in November. Could be an important factor.

Not that I ever understood Democratic politics, but I really don't understand your table.

If it's a proportional state, and Clinton won 55% of the vote, howcome and whyfor doesn't she get 55% of the delegates?

I think that since Obama got creamed in PA by 10%, a lot of Blacks will stay home come November.

what happened was that Fast Eddy Rendell a Hillary supporter didn't get the black vote machine revved up--that will be different in NOV

I owe it to our military to prevent either marxist from becoming CIC

can you imagine what the general officer makeup will end up being like under either of those two

Think it's because each county...possibly city carries more weight because of the population in said county or city.

e.g. Philadephia will have more delegates than York, PA

BUT my answer may be skewed since I'm not a politician nor have I ever been more than a poll book holder for a campaign in small town Indiana.

Didn’t you read the stats? Blacks will vote for EITHER Obama OR Hillary in the fall, while disgruntled Hillary primary voters will NOT vote for Obama if he is the nominee in the fall. This is not a good result; vampires don’t die without a silver dagger to the heart. PA had the chance to kill this vampire off, but chose not to do so.

The good news is that I was at two early meetings this morning, and several people I thought were independent or leaning Democrat as voters were talking about how we can NEVER elect sHrillary as President. I kept my mouth shut, but inside, I was jumping with glee!

I see. The carrot of 'safety' entices you and keeps you following the party line.

You've heard it said, 'what good is freedom if we're all dead?', well, what about 'what good is being alive if we're all slaves?'

John McCain is what a Democrat was only 5-6 years ago. In fact, there may be Democrats more conservative than he. For God's sake, he buys into 'Global Warming'. That acceptance alone gives government carte blanche rationale to strip us of all our liberties, in the name of 'saving the world'.

Oh, and the whole amnesty deal. Forgive and forget, huh?

Yes there is a huge difference. But, a 'flu' passes and one returns to health. The globalist, open-borders, global warming, big-government, nanny-state disease that the Republicans have just gets worse and worse until death.

Early in the primary season, if I'm not mistaken, the vast majority of Freepers surveyed (something like 70%) said John McCain was untenable as a candidate and President and that they wouldn't vote for him. How soon they waffled!

No the thought of deaths of 4000 and countless amputees trying to keep me safe and the sacrifices they and their families make would keep me up at night knowing I helped put a military hating terrorist appeasing military secret selling Hillary or Barak in charge
.
It would make a mockery out of their service

It may not bother you but it would me

Is the Constitution a mockery?

Holding Constitutional democratic elections where any candidate (now typically only one of two parties) has a chance of winning would make a mockery of their service?

Then declare the Constitution dead and worthless if we can't hold free and fair elections without worrying that one party is the enemy and having to use our vote to prevent them from gaining power.

The idea of a representative republic is that elected officials represent the views/values of their voters...NOT that they represent a 'least evil'. This system of government is dependent on voters voting for politicians to REPRESENT them, NOT to vote for the second-most evil candidate who's likely to win. The Constitution looks like it has already failed if people are playing games with the formerly reverent act of voting.

Why don’t you ask the mothers and fathers and the wifes and husbands etc etc of the military if they want Obama or Hillary as CIC

In the real world we have only the choice between McCain and Hillary/Obama. If you choose not to vote to stop one of the latter from becoming CIC that's your prerogative. You will however be lying if you ever claim to support the military.
