Of course, that is not at the FLDS ranch. That was within the Texas Foster Care system in 2004.
"In 2004, noted Strayhorn, 38 foster children were killed; 48 were killed the following year. In addition, "about 100 children received treatment for poisoning from medications; 63 foster children received medical treatment for rape that occurred while in the foster care system; and 142 children gave birth while in the state foster care system."

The foster system needs reform badly, but what happened on that ranch was the point of the whole LDS system, not a byproduct of it.
Please do not keep posting the same thing.
Ahh, but tearing apart some other religion and calling all that disagree with you filthy names is far more fun, and one can feel better about the shortcomings of my own religion when another is torn apart. For many that new religion is the Government.
Especially don’t keep posting the same thing, without telling the complete truth which I’ve already pointed out to you.
There are 32,000 children in Texas Foster care. The percent of underage pregnancies in FLDS is several times that of foster care.
