Yep, all foster parents, every single one of them, are just as bad as the type of person who would stand around praising God while a 14 year old is married off to a pedophile.

The foster system needs reform badly, but what happened on that ranch was the point of the whole LDS system, not a byproduct of it.

There are 32,000 children in Texas Foster care. The percent of underage pregnancies in FLDS is several times that of foster care.
