Democratic state lawmakers are introducing legislation they say would cut down on unintended pregnancies and protect women's health through expanded sex education and improved access to birth control.
Health insurance plans that cover prescriptions would have to include coverage for contraception.

Sounds like legislation that would also discourage those who consider BC immoral from offering any prescription coverage. The law of unintended consequences catches up with liberal legislation again.
I don't even want to imagine what they are going to add to sex-ed classes with the claimed goal of cutting down on unwanted pregnancies and the unintended consequences of that change if it's implemented.
