However, I once read somewhere that the original BPP told the New BPP [paraphrasing] 'to put down their guns--that they weren't needed any longer, because the doors are already opened, and violence isn't neccessary anymore.' It was something like that, anyway. I'll see if I can dig up the actual quote somewhere. Also note that both the New and the Old BPPs are tightly linked with Screwy Louie Farrakhan's group. I guess THAT pretty much says it all. Farrakhan, like the BPP, is quite fond of Mao Tse Tung.
