Iranian-trained Special Groups commander and three other suspected criminals Criminals? What's with that? If they have a "commander" would they not be "solders?" Are they wearing some sort of ID or uniform?

If they have no uniform, no identifying military insignia, even though they “claim” a commander they can be termed under the GHC as illegal combatants. In other words a cage could be reserved for them at Club Gitmo.
