It sure looks like the southern provinces are going to be ridden of all militias in due time. As we understand it really is critical for Basra on down to the gulf ports to be stabilized so that future foreign country investments can be poured into this area. Iraq is awash in oil in the north, south and most probably in al Anbar province.
But long term security is required to allow for Iraq to rebuild it's infrastructure at a level far exceeding what Saddam would have had.
All Iraqi must be made to understand regardless of their walk in life, they all could greatly benefit from the world investing in them. Need I say more.
