That would be my guess. It is the logical choice for Obama, the same way Dukakis picked Bernstein(sp?)in 88. Nunn provides what Obama lacks in the way of Foreign Policy expereince. Helps Obama geographically too.

I am in DC today and all observers, R and D alike, agree that the loss of Reisch (sp?) and Nunn are huge blows. Boren too.
This is the Dem equiv of Goldwater (and 3 others) going to Nixon in WH in ‘74 and telling Nixon that even he, Goldwater, would vote against him on two of the four proposed articles of impeachment.
Nixon resigned the next day.
