These files are huge—they each seem to cover around 12 hours, and the first one alone unzips to almost 140 MB.
Somebody who knows more about how NORAD works could probably decipher it better, but right now, to me, it sounds like total chaos and crosstalk.

IIRC, the initial aircraft that launched from Otis and McGuire weren’t fully armed. Maybe Sidewinders, maybe not even that. I’m not sure about that, though.
51:00 was when they found out about the third aircraft heading for the Pentagon—they thought initially it was still AAL 11, the first to hit the WTC.
