Police said they arrested 33-year-old Rozita Swinton at her home on Wednesday.

Wasn't the alleged caller supposed to be a minor female?

Investigators reported this is not be the first time Swinton has been arrested on charges of making false reports to authorities.

So this 33 year old was possibly posing as the 13 that was allegedly trapped in a basement?

If so, this is quite funny.
