Germany never forgot who stood with them during WWII. Croatia simply decided to cash those chips in and Germany was happy to do so by spearheading the entire collapse of Yugoslavia with America being led by the nose. The financial substructure was pulled by the West to cause panic and nationalistic hatred was fanned by the West before any troops were even deployed by Serbs. This is the NEW WORLD ORDER.
