The Democrats in the past have always threatened to prosecute any Republican president who doesn't agree with their policies. They have made lots of executive policy decisions by Republican presidents illegal. They will be returning to and extending their former practices if they do this. With the election in 2000 so close I don’t think Bush had the mandate to go after Clinton... either way Obama stating these intentions during a political campaign are really news worthy it requires deep investigating and will enlighten America to who this guy really is...
