Fish oil is good for the Omegas, but I take this for my Omega-3’s and 6’s:

Put it in the blender or food processor with cottage cheese, honey, your choice of fruit juice, and milk or soy milk, and it turns into a nice little custard.

And if you believe the studies that Dr. Johanna Budwig has done, it will serve as a cancer preventative too, due to the way flax oil interacts with the cottage cheese.

For extra cancer prevention, throw in some almond meal.

Toss in some raw one-minute oats, a small banana, four ice cubes, and a tablespoon of peanut butter, and you’ve got all you need!
