I think the key is to get those vitamins in a more natural way in our foods instead of taking supplements.

Every single licensed Los Angeles area physician I have ever consulted on this issue says ‘take a multi-vitamin’ and some say add a couple of extra things depending upon your lifestyle.

I think I will ignore the brilliant remarks coming from the UK, but thanks anyway.
