Rinsing the spoon maybe sounds like washing dishes to me. Unfortunately, when I was a bachelor, single serving cans with pull-tops were uncommon. I didn’t want to deal with the can opener. Plus, I do like my food hot.
I wasn’t adverse to using the Solo cups (never Dixie, gives to Planned Parenthood) more than once. After all, they were my own germs! Gatorade can be chugged right from the bottle.
However, I would buy those 8-16oz. oz boxes of frozen veggies, and after nuking, would cut an opening in the top like on the old single serving cereal boxes, and eat right out of the box. Goes great with nuked steak-umms on the side.
I was not tough enough to eat my frozen veggies cold, so yes, I did use the microwave.

Oven Bags rule.
Don’t have to clean the pot and can toss anything in the form of food in one tie it off cook and have moist food.
If paying attn. to the cooking time aluminum roaster/tray from dollar store then I have a friend that is happy to take them off my hands for recycle money. Dirty.
On nit pick to many.
Actually her last nit pick.
I eat take out or at work. Or off a paper towel.
My dog gets excited when I pull a plate out of the cupboard because he knows he’ll get to be my pre-wash for the dishwasher.
Dogs KNOW.
The 3 Lab Cold Nose Crew feel that way about a pot of pinto beans and hocks....
Ain’t know way I am going to eat that same dish all week.
Jean conveniently rolled the old gal up in a sheet and stowed her body between a wall the the old gals bed.
Cleaned the place up and continued to live there.
Hmmmm shoulda cleaned up the place in the first place.
Jean will be the classic jail lifer...the one who killed over cleaning a drinking glass.
That outa get Jean some space in the pen.
Well, truth be told, there really were a lot of dishes.
LOL!
My dog follows me around at meal time-— he knows he’ll not only get the plate, but whatever I don’t eat.
I dont think the story was something for anyone to laugh about. That is an insult to the victim family.
I believe the guy made up the story about the glass. Who would kill anyone about something like that? Maybe he robbed the lady? The guy was probably on drugs? He probably has a history of aggressive behavior?
This was a person who was trying to help him when his mother could not. She took him in because that was the kind of person she was, kind and compassionate.
Welcome to FR! Nice to see you....
