The Real Obama Story Exposed!
NewsByUs ^ | April 14, 2008 | JB Williams

Posted on 04/14/2008 8:23:25 AM PDT by PlainOleAmerican

Other than the honor of holding the most far left voting record in the U.S. Senate as a freshman law maker and former black activist from Chicago who has spent the last twenty years supporting the anti-American, anti-white hate sermons of Rev. Wright, we know very little about Barrack Hussein Obama… until now!

(snip)

Letter from Africa

“Thanks for sending out an alert about Obama. We are living and working in Kenya for almost twelve years now and know his family (tribe) well. They are the ones who were behind the recent [2007] Presidential election chaos here. Thousands of people have been displaced by election violence (over 350,000) and I don’t know the last count of the dead.”

The letter goes on, “Obama, under “friends of Obama” gave almost a million dollars to the opposition campaign who just happened to be his cousin, Raila Odinga, who is a socialist trained in East Germany. He has been trying to bring Kenya down for years and the last president threw him in prison for trying to subvert this country!”

Interesting. The source of the article is not very reliable, though. I’m not doubting the validity of the claims. I think this will go nowhere, though, because of the source, or lack thereof.

“By the way, his true full name in Kenya is Barrack Hussein Muhammad Obama.”

Very Interesting.

The sourcing is everywhere.... a simple Google search will result in countless international news columns on the subject. It just isn’t being covered by the US MSM, as usual.

Sadly, too many Americans think if it isn’t on CNN, ABC, CBS or NBC, it isn’t true. They couldn’t be more wrong!

This is just the beginning....

If the MSM is ever forced by public pressure to start covering stories already out there in the international press, Obama’s ship will sink like the Titanic...

I don’t trust the MSM as far as I can spit, I’m just saying this particular article is based on an email, which will not be enough to move anyone, MSM or otherwise, to report.

No it’s not. The story was initiated by the email, but sourcing for all the assertions in the email are being reported and confirmed all over the world, except in the U.S.

BTW - As the column pionts out, Obama’s own campaign site asks “which country” the campaign donor is from, indicating that international funds are coming into his campaign. This alone is a problem and deserves MSM investigation, no?

I looked all over for any international media sights to try confirm these assertions, but I haven't been able to turn up any. As far as I can tell, his middle name does NOt include Mohammad.
However, Obama HAS spent quite a few years grooming himself for this run at the white house, has met with Arab leaders, as well as prominent Jewish leaders, seems to be very cautious before saying anything that may slot him into any one position before he has a chance to evaluate the best and least hurtful to his campaign, and has tweaked his views to the point of conflicting with prior statements earlier in his career.

It's Also very hard to believe that he doesn't share his pastor pals antisemitism. Islamic support is very telling as well, Which are also sentiments of his pastor pal. And having a pro Hamas, pro Islamic person for an advisor is just plain disturbing. Islamic "bundlers" which are people who collect political donations from individuals and present them as very large group donation (often millions)cannot be dismissed as donations with no strings attached. Something is expected in return for it.

Where there's smoke there's fire, and no doubt more of Obama's dealings will flare up and expose him for what he really is, which is NOT someone we want to see in the White House.

Personally, I'm not against there being a black man (or black woman for that matter)in the white house. I think it would do a lot of good for this nation. But that person cannot be a racist, nor hold ANY of the qualities of Obama and his pastor. That person will have to be strongly against the racism race baiter's have been pumping into the black communities heads, and will have the difficult task of undoing all the damage they have done.

He will have to reunite all Americans back under the flag of this nation and the good it once stood for, and work hard to restore the moral values that made this nation the undisputed land of the free, and home of the brave who defended it. We were once a beacon to the world, and proud, not ashamed, to go out in the world to help others claim their God given right to freedom as well.

Obama’s Relationship With Raila Odinga
Reader A comment:

An article in the Washington Post said that Barack Obama’s father’s brother is very close with Raila Odinga, the leader of the opposition party in Kenya. They are both of the Luo tribe, as was Barack Obama, Sr. In this article, Obama’s uncle claims that the presidential candidate calls Odinga at least once every three days. I seriously doubt that this claim is true, but I can’t see him making such a statement unless Obama has spoken with Odinga at least once.

I have no problems with communications between a U.S. Senator and the opposition leader of Kenya, if the ugly rumors about Odinga are not true. Odinga came very close to winning the presidency of Kenya in a disputed election, so the rumors may be political mudslinging, but they still trouble me. They come from reputable sources.

Rumor 1: The Voice of America claims that Odinga signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Orange Democratic Movement to introduce Sharia (Islamic fundamentalist law) to Kenya if he should be given power in Kenya. The ODM is an Islamic fundamentalist Muslim organization. The VOA said that Odinga’s reason for signing the MOU was in exchange for financial support.

Rumor 2: Human Rights Watch says that Odinga was charged with treason and was detained without trial for six years, after being suspected of collaborating with plotters of a failed coup against Daniel arap Moi in 1982. The Standard, in 2006, says that Odinga’s involvement in the coup attempt was much greater than previously thought. People died as a result of this coup. Raila Odinga claims that while he was jailed, he was never tried and the Standard’s article has little truth in it. He claims that arap Moi deserved to be overthrown in 1982 and his actions, though minor and legal, were heroic at the time.

My guess is that Obama’s communications with Odinga, if they exist, are completely innocent, but I would like to hear Obama say so and talk about it.

Reader B comment:

Before the violence started (and Odinga did NOT do nearly enough to calm things...but neither did Kibaki who had, at least the tools of goverment at his disposal but basically disappeared from public view as the killings commenced) Odinga was a widely popular politician ACROSS tribal and ethnic lines. MANY tribes were supporting him. Except the Kikuyus, who have been the beneficiaries of the lion’s share of Kenyas political and economic spoils since independence.

That is the very issue that gave Odinga wide, grassroots support.

As for the Memorandum of Understanding:

1st: Since when is VOA a reliable source of news about Africa? Asia? Latin America? It’s the “Public Diplomacy” arm of the (currently very politicized) State Department. Its mandate is to broadcast the “American Story” abroad. One look at its site and you will soon see that ALL of its Kenya reporting is coming out of Washington, DC, written by the State Department—not out of Kenya or Africa.

2nd: Odinga is Anglican, not Muslim.

3rd: Muslims are only about 10% of the population in Kenya. While there are probably fundamentalists among that 10%, MOSTLY the brand of Sunni Islam followed in Kenya is moderate.

4th: If you look at any of the pan-AFRICAN news sites which collect news from various African sources you will see a lot of hysterical reporting on this Memorandum of Understanding—ALL of it from the CATHOLIC Information News Service out of Nairobi. Consider this source in light of the current Pope’s Islamophobia and the fundamentalist tendencies of Africa’s Christian churches—both protestant and Catholic. None of these frantic “articles” are actually “signed” news pieces. And, after the first few datelines, the hysteria quotient drops significantly.

5th: The actual MOU was that Muslim Leaders would get out the Muslim vote in exchange for a pledge from Odinga that Muslim rights would be protected—NOT that he would assist or condone the institution of Sharia. While later CAtholic News Service stories more or less admit that this is the content of the MOU, they still “report” outrage by Catholic and Evangelical clergy who clearly feel that “protection” of Muslim rights is discriminatory against Christians.

6th: Secular news services out of Africa report the circulation on the internet of a “fake” memorandum of understanding that BOTH Odinga’s party AND the Muslim Group that endorsed his candidacy disowned.

RE: Obama and Odinga specifically, The BBC reported a few months ago that Odinga claims Obama is a cousin....

All of us on the right, middle and even Liberals better start listening up! The media and the elite will not! Even many of our current political leaders and retired military Flags are currying favor with this worst of all possible selections for Commander in Chief with the hope of some reward or appointment! Any that come out for him have lost my respect. Obama is not fit to be POTUS, and those of us with the courage to speak up regarding Obama better start sharing our opinions to stop him with the widest possible audience we can muster — He is the worst of the Worst!

PUT AMERICA FIRST!

This guy wants to be our President and control our government. Pay close attention to the last comment!! Below are a few lines from Obama’s books “ his words:

From Dreams of My Father: “I ceased to advertise my mother’s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.”

From Dreams of My Father: “I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother’s race.”

From Dreams of My Father: “There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.”

From Dreams of My Father: ; “It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.”

From Dreams of My Father: “I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn’t speak to my own. It was into my father’s image, the black man, son of Africa, that I’d packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, Dubois and Mandela.”

From Audacity of Hope: “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
