He doesn’t have one because he was sanctioned in Texas and never completed the requirements to get his license to practice back.

I have Dr. in quotes because he’s a PhD, not an MD. I know that PhDs are Drs, but frankly, common sense says that if they aren’t practicing in their field, they should not be addressed as Dr.
