Hillary has finally learned the rule followed by all criminals: If there’s no one around to disprove you, you can claim anything you want.
What amazes me is that she's supposedly "lived" in so many places when she was younger. Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arkansas, New York...not to say it isn't possible, but it just strikes me funny. Her track record suggests much of it had to be embellished.
