I wonder if they can extend their range to Pennsylvania. There is a house about two miles down the road with at least 20 cats in it.

In the case you are talking about the Battalion Commander over rode the Safety Officer and for a demonstration of the 8 inch howitzer. The Battalion Commander became the guest you referred to.
