COCOA, Fla. -- A 12-year-old Central Florida girl is missing after apparently meeting with a 19-year-old man, police said.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office said Tiffany Tyson may be with James McClish Lynch because she left a note that they were together.
Investigators said the two were having an online relationship, Local 6's J.R. Stone said.
Authorities believe they left from the city of Cocoa in a gray 2001 Chevrolet Blazer with Florida tag number G95-7FR.
Tyson is about 5 feet tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has dark red hair and a black stripe on the left side.
Lynch is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
The sheriff's office did not return phone messages early Friday morning.

Emo kid has online affair. There’s a shocker.
I hope to God this girl is safe and I hope she comes to her senses and realizes she is actually 12.

Found safe.
QUINCY, Fla. — A 12-year-old Central Florida girl missing since Thursday was found in a Florida panhandle city on Friday at the home of the father of a 19-year-old man she met online, authorities said.
Grandma? Adult 3rd cousin? Anyone?
These two are "in love," no doubt. Happily, once they're caught Mr. Lynch will have a few years to reflect on the proper age range for girlfriends.
And, there are some sane folks out there:
According to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Linch's father contacted police at about 9:30 am and said that the couple had arrived at his home
From the picture it is easy to see that the parents have failed this little girl. My 12 year old daughter (who is sitting next to me as I type) is well aware that if she comes home with hair that is colored in any manner, a trip to the barber shop for a #2 shave is imminent.
Mr. Lynch.....good name for what should happen to him when caught.
LOL!!! You just made my day!
The poor kid. This is not going to end well. Where the hell are her parents? What kind of a mom and dad (probably just a mom) lets their 12 year old kid meet a 19 year old guy?
Today's kids "grow up"...or, are allowed to pretend they are grown up too early. Where were her parents when this child was on the Internet being enticed by the fellow she ran off with? Didn't anyone check what she was doing? I hate to unknowingly blame the parents, but no child should be able to carry on unsupervised long enough to establish this type of relationship. I sure hope this child is found and gets some help. Our youth might be losing their innocence far too early, but it is a real shame when we lose them to something like this.
“These two are “in love,” no doubt. Happily, once they’re caught Mr. Lynch will have a few years to reflect on the proper age range for girlfriends.”
Odds are he didn’t know her real age. I know, she was 12, but...
You know, Angelina and Brad may actually be able to help this potential adoptee?
I'm sure I'll catch Hades for saying this, but what the heck: It needs to be said.
Four or five years ago, I'm sure I would have agreed that a 19-year-old boy hitting on a 12-year old girl was pretty tawdry.
But since that time, I've learned so much about our impending demographic catastrophe that I'm now aware that we're at the point that we need to take any children we can get our hands on, whereever we can find them, and [more or less] however they are made.
So if a 12-year-old girl and a 19-year-old teenaged boy fall in "love", and if she is willing to plop out some babies [without making a trip to the local abortuary], and if he is willing to behave halfway responsibly towards her afterwards, then I'm pretty much at the point where I say, "More power to them".
#2? Well, aren't you a softie! They make #1 attachments for a reason you know!
” reflect on the proper age range for girlfriends.”
That depends on what she told him online. If she convinced him she was 19, and there’s a record of it, he may not get in too much trouble.
As an aside, I noticed that the “social networking” site is not mentioned, so I guess it’s not Murdock’s Myspace.
Dont give my dad any ideas!!!--CTs daughter
Lol!
