Do you know if I can save the outlook emails to a file? I need to do that with Hotmail too...

Sure. In Outlook, be sure you're in your Inbox, then go to File\Import and Export. Select Export to File, then follow the steps. I can't help you with Hotmail.

Thanks...I know how to import/export which I do all the time. I should of been more spefic. I want to save emails in text or word format to read.
