Considering that possibly half of the criminals in the US are incarcerated at any given time, it would mean that 25%, probably more, of black males 25-29 are criminals.

I disagree. The Wright's and Obama's of this world want blacks to be given a free pass on criminal behavior.

Essentially they want to be able to rob, kill and steal sort of as reparations for past sins visited on them.

I'm sure I could find wronged ancestors. What are my reparations?
