I think that pic was taken just before he had his bypass surgery... there may have been additional reasons. The guy is a habitual, congenital, perpetual, lying sack of crap, no matter what the specific circumstances of the photo were. Anyone who trusts him to leave a tip for the waitress is abusing the waitress. If you sit still in a room while he speaks, you're just asking to be 'victimized' (and that's putting it politely)...

I fully agree! The first time I ever saw his face, the first word that came to my mind was "sleaze". He reminded me of all the sneaky, slimy people I had ever known.
