There is NO possible reconciliation with those people! Impossible! They teach their children from the cradle to hate Jews.
I used to think Islam was a legitimate Noahdic religion, probably the closest to Judaism around.
Then I read the koran (which was a violation of the Law of Moses -— or at least my teachers, as we are trained not to fill our heads with corruption).
It seems 2/3 of it is about killing Jews, and 1/6 about killing Christians and 1/6 about killing everyone else.
Truly a hateful religion, and probably not Nohadic.
