Do not even attempt to link the FLDS to either the Amish or the Mennonites. I know many Amish, and they do not have multiple wives, nor do the Amish put their 14 daughters into the beds of 50 year old perverts. Amish youth are permitted and encouraged to ‘leave’ the family and live amongst the ‘English’ to see if they trully want to live their adult lives as their parents have.
