The votes have been awfully close last few years. If Obama can draw blocs that don’t usually vote in large numbers, he may indeed pull this one off. I almost wish it would happen, just to put all the poli-statisticians and pollsters into a tizzy.

I never count out the Clintons, though, so Obama might not get the chance.

If Obama wins the election, time will tell. If people who voted for him wake up and see him for what he really is all about after a time, and still support him, we are sunk.
But, I thought that of Bill Clinton. We’s in deep trouble, folks.

Obama will change the map alright, back to the way it looked for McGovern in 1972.

Imagine a map of the US. Now overlay a hammer and sickle.

Let’s hope so — instead of Dole 1996.

I lived in Massachusetts in ‘96. I was driving home from work and saw a sign on someone’s lawn.

“Dole for Pineapple.” Looking back, I can say at that point I knew he was in trouble.

Yeah, I hope he changes a lot blue states to red....his socialist ideology, if properly exposed, will cause even partially thinking voters to run and vote Republican.

Of course we cannot rely on the lamestream media.

By attracting young people...he believes he can turn red states blue and upend our relatively stable political map.

Young people (i.e.: my age group) who are probably the first generation of the "undereducated". The return of the "Know-Nothings" if you will. We need to figure out a way to get the Gen-X'ers to live to be at least an average of 175 years old so us Gen-Y'ers and our fellow morons are never in control of anything beyond a bong and some MDMA pills.

Never trust anyone under 21. :)

Obama may win Republican states such as Arizona, Colorado and Virginia if he wins the national popular vote by more than 5 percent. But don’t expect him to change the map in a close election.

Is this supposed to pass the laugh test?

"Can Obama change U.S. political map?"

Sure he can! I expect Obama will turn a few "blue states" into "red states", that's assuming he faces a 'REAL' opposition campaign. There are strong indications that McCain is going to all but roll over and die. Obama is very beatable, but someone has to be willing to beat him.

Only the spineless republicans we have in Washington today could screw this up...

Do you think the superdelegates are going to shaft their most loyal, 90 % or better, voting block? Billary needs a miracle before the convention.
