The Iraqi judicial committee dismissed those particular charges based on their amnesty law. I’m sure it will be spun by the left as a repudiation of the accusations against him when it was actually just a bureaucratic action without consideration of the merits of the case.

Could they walk him out of the prison gates and then gun him in down in the entry courtyard, as was done to General Ivan Raddek in the movie "Air Force One"? That would be dramatic, entertaining, and useful.
