If child sexual molestation laws and abuse are found present in that community and the highest court in the land throw it all out on technicality, we have lost everything this Country has been founded on.

If it is thrown out it will be in protection of our founding principles. I'm not in favor of scratching out the BOR 4th Amendment protections.

I truly hope that if wrongdoing was going on that they nail the SOBs by doing it the right way.

Personally I don’t care about the letter of the law in this case. If society cannot protect innocent children we have lost everything.
