Sgt. Hutchins did not order anyone to shoot. He performed a dead check and put a man out of his misery; an unfortunate but inevitable consequence of war; not a criminal violation.

I haven’t read the whole account yet but this line jumped out at me. Sorry I disagree with that statement.

You disagree with the fact that he shot someone in the head, or that his act was an unfortunate consequence of war?

Would you rather he sit there and watch the man die over the next hours or days?

Trust me, you haven’t read Agt Hutchin’s account yet

In his officla statement, they engaged this man and shot him up.

They went to view the man they shot, he was bleeding and dying.

Hutchins then shot him, the dead check is STANDARD PROCEDURE in Iraq.

But, remember this, NONE of what you read in the media is what is in the official documents, not in any truthful way, nor does the officlal document agree with the media.
