Picking out some places to move to after his 8 years in the White House? A lot of people would owe him by then. He could probably get some nice “loans” and some nice “discounts” on the real estate.
Those people might find him to be useful when in office,but I can guarantee you that they don’t want him living in the neighborhood after he’s served his purpose.
