Ah swell.
Hillary hasn't got anybody at all in her family but draft dodgers but she's all for turning the military services over to the mentally diseased.
I'm sure she'll enjoy speaking Chinese.

What a nightmare the next four years might be. Left, lefter, or leftest. And that’s just Hillary.

...rights to be able to go to the hospital, to inherit property, to make sure that you can list somebody as a beneficiary on an insurance policy," said Clinton.Gee, I didn't know there was a law on the books right now prohibiting gays from going to the hospital, inheriting property or being listed as beneficiary on an insurance policy. I must have missed that check box.

I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that people like you and Portia and others have a chance to have, you know, rights to be able to go to the hospital, to inherit property, to make sure that you can list somebody as a beneficiary on an insurance policy," said Clinton. Do these people not have the right to do that now with out special legislation?

I’ve been saying that for years. ANYBODY can make ANYONE the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or their estate (some states have laws about specifically disinheriting spouses, but that would not be an issue with homosexuals). I am also unaware of ANY hospital that prohibits you from having ANYBODY you want visit you.
This is all a smokescreen.

We may get both. They may have to kiss and make up at the convention. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

I wonder what the “main stream” homosexual is thinking about all this.
When it comes to the Clintons, some of them gotta be saying to themselve, “Fool me once shame on you.......”

I gotta hand it to her - that is some quality brownosin'

Please, as a favor to EVERYONE, NEVER mention Hillary’s nose in relation to lesbianism again!

LOL - if you think brownosin’ is in any way related to lesbianism you clearly haven’t been around many middle-managers. ;)
To: wagglebee
You are correct. You can make anyone you want a beneficiary, and anyone can visit in a hospital. If you did not have a medical directive, I would think about the only thing a homo partner could not do is designate your body parts to be used if you should die or decide if you will be buried or cremated. That would be up to your immediate family.

Talk about brownosin’ all you want, just as long as you’re not talking about Hillary’s nose in some lesbian, the thought is just too nauseating.

These people can do what they wish with a few extra steps. Married couples have certain automatic rights such as making health care decisions for the spouse, or talking with the doctors, inheritance and such. In many states, one member of a married couple can’t make certain decisions without the written consent of the other person. Unmarried people can do the same thing with powers of attorney, wills, and listing someone as a beneficiary. They just don’t want to do it because they think it makes gays second-class citizens. Or they want to dilute the marriage “privileges” to render marriage altogether anachronistic.
