But what never ceases to amazes me is that Operation Rescue and their ilk will constantly complain that the court won't allow Tiller's opponents to look at any medical record that they want, but I haven't hear a single one of them advocating tightening up the notoriously lax Kansas laws to prevent the kind of procedures Tiller performs. Wouldn't that be the easiest and most effective way to put Tiller out of business? And isn't that the goal?

The law requires a second opinion from a doctor who is not financially involved or connected to the practice seeking the consultation that the womans health or life is in peril... this IF FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER is good insurance against the wanton murder spree that is Tillers practice (and yes I mean murder not simply homicide as these abortions are outside the law) ,, THAT IS WHAT THIS LEGAL PURSUIT IS ABOUT ,, Tiller has been bypassing legal restrictions FOR DECADES by paying off the Rats in power..
