Pulpit Racism Leads Blacks To Destruction

Racism in the pulpit has been an ugly reality in the black community for some 40 years. Yet, it took the mad rantings of Barack Obama's pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. to bring it to our national consciousness.

For the sake of the future of our great country, it is time we spoke frankly about this insidious cancer.

Thank God for Rev. Peterson. Why can't blacks see that they are dying right and left. Their hatred is blinding them to the real evils that are destroying the black race!

No, actually, it’s DemoLiberalism that has been destroying them, their families, and their communities....and, racism from the pulpit.

It's apparent to most Americans that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, the NAACP, members of the Congressional Black Caucus and the liberal elite wing of the Democratic Party are racist, but until the recent controversy surrounding Rev. Wright, black preachers have hidden their racism behind their pulpits.

Rev. Peterson has been saying this for years. I never thought too much about it, except for the fact that there are black churches on every corner in the inner city and the blacks are a moral mess there.

I told a liberal co-worker that Jackson and Sharpton are invested in racial tension and keeping their people down and he actually agreed with me. His wife is black and he said some blacks are waking up. About time, I said.

I think you are right. I know for a fact that Rev. Peterson and a few others having been trying to inform the blacks community for years about this. Many blacks are waking up.

Yes, the school textbooks are a problem too. When I lived in New Orleans I went to the home of a Creole woman I knew for a haircut. I was leafing through her son’s civics book — it was page after page about how racist the USA was.

Gee, what a surprise — he turned to a life of crime.

Wright, Hopkins and their ilk attempt to use their pulpit, the Bible and God himself to hide the evil that lies within their hearts. They use the anger of black Americans to keep them demoralized, dependent and Democrat. Whenever black congregants hear these pastors blame whites for their own failings many rejoice because it takes away the responsibility of looking at themselves. These preachers derive power from the failure of their subjects.

don't white preachers rise up and protest at this abuse of Christianity? I am disappointed....no disgusted at both sides.

I know a lady, ‘supposedly’ a friend of mine who heard in her church that the whites were fixing to make slaves of blacks again! She believes it. I was so suprised that she would believe it.
