“What do you see around Ft. Hood?”

Not too many of any of them, but a smattering of all. I might say Obama more than any of the others, but those aren’t really in large numbers, either.

In my experience, most white guys in the military are very politically aware, and are conservative. Most black guys in the military aren’t too politically aware, and are still pretty conservative.

Those are broad generalizations, but they are based on the people I know, and the things they have said to me.
