You'd never know it because there are no ‘For Sale’ signs and the grounds and exteriors are all impeccable. There is a reason - if you go posting "for sale" signs everywhere, that invites trash. You will see a dramatic increase in crime and undesirables.

Yeah, that’s why we have that rule and I’m all for it. It does mask the reality to some degree though.
