Just out of curiosity, what type of school did you attend as a child (public, parochial/private, or homeschooled)? And did you attend college?
I attended a public school, then a state university for undergraduate degree and a UC for a masters.
But that was before PC madness destroyed the system.
Today I would be drugged into submission by a cabal more interested in job security then actually teaching.
Pity.
