In Rockford, Illinois, an abortion clinic known as the Northern Illinois Women's Center performs abortions twice a week. On March 29, the clinic was open for business. Two dedicated pro-life activists were there for sidewalk counseling and prayer.
A neighborhood resident, Keith, arrived to accost them, making illegal physical contact with one of the men in the first moments of his criminal freakout, issuing forth a stream of vile racial and sexual epithets, threatening the men with his dog, and even voicing his approval for what he himself calls child killing. After a seven minute spree of misdemeanors and behavior that some viewers have described as "demonic," the abortion clinic operator, Wayne Webster, warns Keith that the police are coming and the two make it very clear that Webster has no problem with this vile activity. When police arrive over an hour later, they do nothing about the attack, treat the pro-lifers and their right to free speech derisively and are uninterested when they are informed that there is video evidence of a crime available to them. You see, Keith and Wayne performed for a camera that was in plain sight.
Due to hosting difficulties, it may be another day or two before I can share the raw video with you, but at this point I can provide you a transcript prepared by Stephenson County Right To Life. This video shows the true face of abortion, and in a sense the transcript is as bad or worse. At the request of SCRTL, I'll post the warnings that they have on their site about this content:

It also puzzles me that the women just continued on in to the building, apparently unfazed by the tirade.
What a great story. I appreciate that you named your child before she was born. It emphasizes that she was truly a life worthy of respect before her birth. Thank you for sharing that.

And I hope you keep fighting. I really do. But I don’t think yelling at people that they’re murderers and Nazi’s and doomed to hell is going to help your cause. All that does is make people MORE defensive...wanting more to stick to their guns and change the subject back to your tactics. You change people’s hearts and minds with love and compassion. That’s all I’ve ever wanted to convey.
Yep, my bad. At week 20 the heart is strong enough that the mother may be able to feel his/her heartbeat.

I agree with that. Those tactics put up walls that, once up, are impossible to get through. When I said I will "keep fighting", I meant fighting for the rights of the unborn through pro-life organizations and government, not getting out on the street and insulting people. For anything to change, it has to start with people's hearts.

Almost no one on our side does that. In fact, here's what Kevin Rilott is saying to the moms on the other side of the abortion clinic fence in the video:
“Is there anything we can do to help you today? Every abortion takes the life of a child, a human being. Please, please, don’t do this. We’ll help you-we’ll gladly help you. Is there anything you need? Inside you is a little boy or girl who loves you. It is your child. A little child of God. We don’t have to do this to our children.”
Last year, Kevin was beaten at the clinic after saying just that by a man who had brought his wife to the clinic for an abortion. Even though he managed to call 911 while the guy was still hitting him, the police did not arrive for 22 minutes, and did not run their lights and sirens. the suspect was long gone, even though he had taken the time to go into the clinic and speak at length with Wayne Webster.

I am just so moved by the love of mothers. The mother you talked about was so unselfish. I can’t imagine how difficult the situation was that she endured. What a great legacy she has passed down to her son and now, through you, to your daughter. I’ll bet she didn’t think of herself as a hero....but just a mom loving her child. Did she live to see her son?
