Is Bolton saying anything interesting? Another post here says a joint US/Israeli report on the strike is going to claim Hussein moved his WMD to Syria before the war. Is he talking about that aspect?

No, not talk of it having a connection to Iraq/Saddam. Mostly about the connection with North Korea, North Korea having no real intention to drop their weapons program, and Arab states being happy about the strike (which is why there was not the outcry you would expect).
