DETROIT (AP) - The Wayne County prosecutor's office says it has filed a motion seeking the disqualification of all 36th District Court judges in the preliminary examination for Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.

But shouldn’t the Hip-Hop Mayor be judged by his peers? The trouble will be getting enough rappers to swear ON not AT a bible.
