Since natural blondes make up ~25% of the population, 22% seems about even on a per capita basis. Which population is that?? It is smaller. The stat I saw for the US said about 5%, but that sounds a tad low though.

But, I think that number was for the US population. A more detailed Google search turned up a 2% number for the world population, but that was just an estimate.
