I saw a better Lenin statue when I traveled to the Perm and Komi-Perm regions a few years ago.
Publically displayed Lenin statues are actually quite hard to find in the Russian Republic these days, but this one was in a small public park in the city of Kyudimkar. And based on the many photos of the man I have seen, it’s actually a much better likeness than the monstrosity in Seattle.
