I'll bet it also means that Shrillary is preparing her bail-out strategy, and will end up stiffing her creditors -- and Mark Penn's company is owed millions..... think about that, as she winds things down she will not want to pay him all the outstanding bills..... maybe the execrable Wolfson is next.....
