Do they look ridiculous, absurd, even, yes. Would I turn her away for that reason alone? No. But your point is well taken.
Ladies, please, turn the tv off and step away from the implant doctor ad. A lot of guys might talk smack about implants, but when it gets down to brass tacks, if you show interest in a guy lack of implants aren’t much going to matter (and if they do, count your lucky stars you’re not saddled with that shallow person). 999 times out of 1000, the way you were born is just fine. Truth be told, implants imply a dissatisfaction with your appearance, which can be a red flag to some of us.
Ditto what Windcatcher said. Breasts not in proportion to the rest of the body are not attractive, and the sought after very thin (almost skeletal) look is completely unappealing.
Those extremes are flags that there are other problems with the lady in question. And there is nuttin purty bout dat.
